HARCOURT SCORES 25, GRABS 18 REBOUNDS AS MIDDLESEX TOPS LACKAWANNA 95-65

Tristin Harcourt set a career high with 25 points and matched his career high with 18 rebounds and Sean Williams topped 20 points for the third straight game as Middlesex College cruised to a 95-65 win over Lackawanna.

Middlesex, currently ranked #22 in the latest NJCAA Division II National Poll, is now 10-1 on the season and in first place in Region 19.

The Colts offense was strong from the start as Middlesex jumped out to a 25-10 lead from the start on their way to a 47-32 halftime lead. Lackawanna narrowed the deficit to 11 at the nine minute mark of the second half, but Middlesex outscored the Falcons 27-9 over the final 11 minutes of the game to seal the 30-point win.

Anthony Williams (Sophomore/Old Bridge, NJ) had a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Alfeny Javier Concepcion (Sophomore/Perth Amboy, NJ) had 14 points on 6-10 shooting off the bench and added eight rebounds as well.

Middlesex returns to action with a pivotal Region 19 game on Tuesday at Raritan Valley CC. Raritan is the defending Region 19 champion and currently sits in second place behind Middlesex in the Region 19 D2 standings. Game time is set for 7PM.
