FEASTER'S DOUBLE-DOUBLE LEADS MIDDLESEX PAST SALEM CC 64-36

Kezia Feaster reached double-digits in scoring in her fifth straight game and notched her first career double-double as Middlesex College beat Salem 64-36 in Women's Basketball action.

Feaster (Freshman/Elizabeth, NJ) scored 15 points and added a career-high 12 rebounds as Middlesex moved to 14-7 on the season.

The Colts were in command from the start, outscoring Salem 19-9 in the first quarter. Middlesex used a lock down defense to keep their opponent under 40 points for the second time this season and first time since a 83-21 opening day win over Rockland CC.

Vanessa Rivas (Sophomore/Perth Amboy, NJ) and Damani Anderson (Sophomore/Elizabeth, NJ) each had 11 points off the bench for Middlesex. Jalena Santiago (Freshman/Perth Amboy, NJ) led Middlesex with 15 rebounds as the Colts out-rebounded the Mighty Oaks 75-24 on the afternoon.

Courtney Hansen scored 10 points for Middlesex and paced the Colts with eight assists.

Middlesex has nine games remaining on their schedule as they look to lock down a playoff berth in their first season as an NJCAA Division II school. The Colts return to action tomorrow when they take on Orange CC for a home contest at 5:00PM.
